All products sold by this business are digital products or consultations.

For digital products you are entitled to a redownload if:

• a digital product is faulty
• you received the wrong download.

You are not entitled to a refund once you have received a product if:

• you change your mind
• you don’t like the product.

For consultations you are not entitled to a refund if:

• you do not like the practitioner
• you do not like the type of consultation
• you change your mind.

Appointments can be cancelled 48hrs before the appointment time with no penalty.
