Complaints Policy

The Extraordinary Living Centre welcomes constructive feedback and aims to quickly, fairly, efficiently and courteously resolve complaints.

If you have constructive feedback or a complaint please contact Kathy Daniel via email (kathy@extraordinaryliving.com.au).  An appointment time convenient to both parties will be made to discuss the feedback or complaints.

Please have a clear concise outline of what you want to discuss.  Your ideas or issues will be discussed, considered, addressed and all attempts will be made to resolve the topic.

Abusive behaviour or swearing will not be tolerated and all discussions will cease if this is experienced.

The outcome of constructive feedback and complaints is improved services to the clients and customers.  The goal of every business!
